关于拟给予退学处理的公告

沙*同学：

清华大学拟对您作出予以退学处理，由于难于联系到您，无法直接送达本通知，特予公告送达。自本公告发出之日起，满十个工作日，即视为送达。公告内容如下：

 沙*，男，精仪系16级博士研究生，学号2016380076。

沙*在学校规定的最长修业年限内未毕业且未结业。根据《清华大学研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发〔2019〕49号）第三十二条第（四）项的规定，拟予以沙*同学退学处理。 

沙*对此处理意见如有异议，可以在拟处理意见书送达之日起5个工作日内，向本院系研究生管理部门提交书面申辩或者进行口头陈述和申辩。
